⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Milex Complete Auto Care. They replaced the transmission in my late mom’s Chevy Equinox, and my dad says it drives like a brand-new vehicle. This vehicle means a lot to me because it belonged to my mom, who has passed away. Taking care of it and getting it back on the road was important to me because I know she would have done the same. The customer service was A+ from beginning to end, and I truly appreciate the care and quality of work they put into her vehicle. Thank you, Milex Complete Auto Care, for helping me keep something special to my mom going. I would definitely recommend them to others. ❤️

What a freakin nightmare. I asked for them to add an auxiliary transmission cooler, they charge me for the auxiliary transmission cooler, and I paid for it. I looked under the hood and couldn't see where it would be, so I went back. The front desk guy said they definitely installed the cooler, and claimed it was between the AC coils and radiator, and even pointed at some coolant lines under the van claiming they were them. Then some older guy came out (probably a manager) and said they didn't install an auxiliary transmission cooler, because it didn't need it. I told him I specifically requested and paid for it. I don't know why you would tell someone who requested an upgrade, and paid for an upgrade, and was told the upgrade was done, that he didn't need the upgrade. And a quick Google search shows that for vans that tow, auxiliary transmission coolers are a worthwhile upgrade, and in fact came factory with the tow package in earlier years of the van. He then went back to his office and hid. No "oh my bad, I didn't know you requested it", just a bizarrely hostile exchange where he told me flatly I didn't need the thing I requested and paid for. Absolutely outstanding service! They quickly diagnosed and fixed my coolant issue, had everything done much faster than I expected, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work! State inspection disappointment. Failed due to tire being out of date. - tread was fine. Steve shared that tires cannot exceed five years and showed me the manufacture date on the tire ( thus proving it was indeed out of date) he shared that he would get the inspection rules out and show me. I declined and told him i believe him, it’s just that it is a ridiculous rule. - after getting four new tires I returned for reinspection - Dee was great and she even paid the 85 cent fee for the rein-spection … after several searches I can’t find any rule that Steve was talking about… I do see that it is up to his discretion - the tires I had on were just fine, so at this point, given that he stated such a rule exist, and I can’t find it, I remain disappointed.

I went in for an EVAP check on my 2010 Jetta. They Diagnosed it pretty quick and had me ready in day! I replaced detection pumpband purge valve! Car running good again and check engine light off. Glad I found them. I will refer to friends!
